 We’re thrilled to be able to invite you to Rev Hall for a completely unique creative event that will TRULY SHOWCASE your work! (Hear: Drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a creative art gallery set-up where couples can freely look at and experience your work in a casual low-key setting as they mix and mingle with you!).

  • Ok, so how does it work? Vendor SPACES are going to be 8′ wide by 4′ deep and will not have any tables (you could bring one to use in your display if you really wanted to), but we are pushing the envelope a bit and asking you to bring your a-game and get creative with how you display your work! Think unique, fun, art-gallery feel, that lets couples see your work and shows off your capabilities!

  • We’re super excited! We’ve been waiting nearly 3 months to tell you about this event and have to give a huge shout-out to Rev Hall for teaming up with us to host this great event!

A FUN BONUS: Couples will be able to vote on their favorite gallery set-up/display and we will make a donation to the Humane Society in the name of the the vendor with the most votes! It’s time for you to let your creative side show and to show engaged couples what you do best!

  • A FEW IDEAS: caterers could do an awesome layered food display, get creative with how the food is shown/layered/served, florists could bring 2 chairs, call them the bride and groom chairs and do an awesome swag across the back or a variety of bouquets that are displayed on a low bench in different types of vases, photographers could set up easels with their photos set up (yeah, they have it made! ;), bands and DJ’s will get rotating 5-10min ‘spots’ to play (at a reasonable volume) if they’d like, make-up and hair artists could have 3 live models ready with 3 different bridal ‘looks’, and the list goes on, you get the idea. JUST GET CREATIVE!!!

 

VENDOR Event Registration

*Spaces are only guaranteed once both the contract and payment are received.

  1. Vendor has the privilege to attend the event for the amount of $295.00 for Bridal News members, $395.00 for non-members. Booth space with be 8′ wide by 4′ deep (empty, you get creative in how you can show off your work!).
  2. Vendor agrees to exhibit only the service their business name that is registered for the event, provides.
  3. Vendors participate at the event at their own risk and cannot hold show producers liable for damages, costs, losses, or expenses resulting from any incident related with the show or on account of weather, natural disaster, work stoppages, etc. Vendors will carry their own business liability insurance and are responsible for themselves.
  4. If the event is postponed or moved for any reason, the monies paid will be applied to the rescheduled date.
  5. Any vendor distributing food must follow FDA good and safety guidelines.
  6. The entire booth rental fee is due with this contract to reserve your space. Vendor will be contacted prior to the event with fial details, booth location, set-up, and schedule of events.
  7. Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
  8. Vendors may cancle 45+ days prior to the event and will be refunded all monies paid, less a $100 non-refundable booth reservation fee. There is no refund given of monies paid to reserve the booth space less than 45 days from the event.
  9. There will be an additional fee of $50 charged to any vendor who recieves a booth and does not show up on the day of the event.
  10. Please be considerate of others at this event. We all do our best to promote ourselves and our businesses!
